Air Rotary
What Is Air Rotary Drilling?
Air rotary drilling is a technique used for drilling water wells, using a rotary rig and a drill string with a bit that cuts through consolidated and cemented formations. This is our go-to method in these conditions, where we inject compressed air, water, and a foaming agent down the drill string to cool the bit and evacuate cuttings up the annulus. The air lifts the foam and water mix, which enhances stability and dust control, efficiently clearing the wellbore in stable or homogeneous formations. As we drill through the strata, this approach lets us see and estimate the approximate flow rate in real time, making it ideal for hard rock.
Advantages
Real Time Approximation of Well Production in a specific strata or water bearing layer
Preferred in Consolidated Formations
More than one option
With our Air Rotary method we are not just offering one product. We offer many different options, including casing type, well diameter and filter pack solutions to fit every customers needs. We take pride in letting the customer make his or her own informed decisions on the status of the project!
